Yoco Khumo FAQs
Does the Khumo pair with the Yoco Point of Sale?
No. The Khumo does not currently pair with the Yoco POS. For now, it isn’t possible to manage staff and products on it or pair it to your smart device.
Do I need a smart device to accept card payments on the Yoco Khumo?
No. The Yoco Khumo is a standalone card machine. It comes with a built-in SIM card loaded with unlimited 4G data for transactions. It can’t pair to a smartphone or tablet.
How long does it take to set up the Yoco Khumo?
If you created your Yoco profile on our website before buying it, it will already be linked to your bank account. You can simply turn it on and get paid. If you still need to sign up, you can do so on the devic
How long does it take for the money from a sale to reflect in my account?
A maximum of 2 business days. And you’ll be able to see your entire sales history in the Yoco App on your device, along with so much more.
